Proration is calculated by total days from original battery purchase divided by 30 days.

Installation cost is fixed at $37.50.

Proration Tiers:

• 0–18 months: Free Replacement (0%) — Claim for labor only. Battery is a direct replacement. No part # added to RO.
• 19–24 months: Free Replacement (0%) — Claim for parts and labor.
• 25–32 months: 25% of Battery Cost (Customer Pay) + Battery Installation Labor
• 33–50 months: 50% of Battery Cost (Customer Pay) + Battery Installation Labor
• 51–84 months: 75% of Battery Cost (Customer Pay) + Battery Installation Labor
